Services
We provide design, orchestration, and maintenance of multi-channel AI agents (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Web). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
Pricing & third-party costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, implementation fees are zero, compute usage is invoiced monthly at cost with no markups, and maintenance is charged as a monthly retainer. Underlying platform costs (such as ElevenLabs) are passed through on that invoice.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our pre-existing frameworks remain our intellectual property. Custom prompts, workflows, and configurations built for your business are governed by your service agreement.
Disclaimer
The website is provided for informational purposes. AI agent outputs depend on your data, scripts, and integrations; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party networks or platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service engagement, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
